Abstract

°¨ÃÊ»êÀÌ ÀÎü Ä¡Àº ¼¶À¯¸ð¼¼Æ÷¿¡ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿µÇâÀ» ¼¼Æ÷ÀÇ ¼ºÀå°ú Áõ½Ä, ÃÑ ±³¿øÁú ÇÕ¼º ¹× ÀÎü Ä¡Àº ¼¶À¯¸ð¼¼Æ÷ ÇÙ³» acridine orange °áÇÕÀ¸·Î ÃßÀûÁ¶»çÇÏ¿´´Ù. ÇüÅÂÇÐÀûÀ¸·Î 100¥ìg/ml ÀÇ °¨ÃÊ»êÀ¸·Î ó¸®ÇÑ ¼¶À¯¸ð¼¼Æ÷´Â ¸ð¾çÀÌ µÕ±Û°Ô µÇ¾ú´Ù. °¨ÃÊ»êÀº 50¥ìg/ml ÀÌ»óÀÇ ³óµµ¿¡¼­ Ä¡Àº ¼¶À¯¸ð¼¼Æ÷ÀÇ ¼ºÀå°ú Áõ½ÄÀ» ¾ïÁ¦ÇÏ¿´´Ù. °¨ÃÊ»ê Á¸Àç ½Ã¿¡ ¼¼Æ÷³» ÃÑ ±³¿øÁú ¾çÀÌ °¨¼ÒÇÏ¿´°í, ¼¼Æ÷¿Ü¹èÁö³»ÀÇ ±³¿øÁú ÃÑ ¾çÀÌ Áõ°¡ÇÏ¿´´Ù.
